Reconditioner's warranty is for twelve month's parts only, valid only on mainland UK. Please note that the collection of the exchange unit is not free of charge. Collection in most cases is £12.00 exc. VAT. (SUBJECT TO POSTCODE) In most cases this charge is deducted from your surcharge refund. Customers may send their exchange unit by their own means if so wished.
