Can't wait for mail order? Use our Click & Collect service!  Place your order online or by phone and we’ll have your order ready to collect here at our premises in Matlock, Derbyshire.

 

1. Place your order.

Place your order on our website in the same way as you would for mail order. When you get to Stage 1 of the checkout, simply tick the box for “Collect from us”.  Pay for your order using credit/debit card, Paypal or Amazon.  At this point, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We’ll then be in touch with stock availability and to confirm when your order will be ready.

We will ask you for the date and time of your collection and the registration number of the vehicle you will be driving when collecting.

Should you wish to place your order by phone, we can help you choose your parts,  check stock, take your payment and confirm your collection details all within that call.

2. Collect your order from our premises.

A map and opening times for our warehouse can all be seen here.  If using Sat Nav use postcode DE4 5ND.

Due to our current Coronavirus Guidelines our trade counter is currently closed to the public.  Once you arrive at our premises please park on the right hand side of the car park just after entering through the gate.  Please telephone 01629 760877 to let us know that you are here to collect.  Please quote your order number along with your vehicle registration.  We will then bring your order out to your car.

Please note that due to the Coronavirus pandemic we request that Click and Collect is a contactless process.  The person that brings your order out to you will not be able to add anything to your order and is simply delivering the order to you.  Please remain in your car.  Should you need to get out of the car please ensure that you wear a face covering at all times.  Thank you.

Our trade counter is now open to the public.  Once you arrive at our premises, please park on the right hand side of the car park just after entering through the gate.  Head over to our trade counter located at the end of the car park and one of our friendly members of staff will be happy to assist you.
